There was a problem with food service every day. How do you consistently give a resident cereal for breakfast and forget the milk or get every meal wrong? Shared a room with someone that had a highly contagious c-diff infection. I was assured that they were not violating any codes.
If you have loves one ,do not let them stay there . During the time my aunt was at Westgate, my family and I were able to see how caring and respectful they treated her. The staff went the extra mile to guide us through the process, which was new to us.
Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
The staff was excellent and provided the care he needed & was very supportive to our family. Run far and fast away from this facility . They are understaff and it takes an hour to get help and sometime ,you don't even get help . I had to moved my relative out of there after just one week . She was dehydrated and has a slight bed sore .

A complaint is a negative occurrence reported by residents, their families, and/or the staff of a nursing home. An incident, which is different from a complaint is a negative occurrence that has been reported by a staff member of the nursing home. Some complaints can lead to enforcement actions because the nursing home is breaking the rules. Thank you for taking excellent care of my cousin.
We offer thousands of original articles, helpful tools, advice from more than 50 leading experts, a community of caregivers, and a comprehensive directory of caregiving services. We choose Westgate for my dad because it is clean. The support staff, all the nurses, CNAs, everyone has really been helpful to me as far as paper work goes. Everyone is just great here, and I really like it.

The toilet paper dispenser is too close to the toilet. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I found it to be dirty and poorly managed.
